Look   Good

The  bottom  line  of  looking  good  is  to  be  at  your  ideal  weight.  This  will  be  different  for  all  of  us  as  it  depends  on  our  body  structure.  How  can  there  be  a  One  Fits All  table  which  informs  us  that  if  we  are  170 cm  tall  then  our  ideal  body  weight  would  be  75 kg  or  whatever ? Surely  it  would  depend  on  our  bone  structure  for  starters.

Note : Now it is not only possible that you are a combination of the above three body types, but probable! Think about it, what are the odds that you fit exactly into one of the three types perfectly? You are most likely able to identify yourself with one over the other two, but you still might have qualities of some of the others.

A professional  high  jumper  or  marathon  runner  would  be  an  Ectomorph

A  professional sprinter  would  be  a  Mesomorph.

A  professional  shot  putter  would  be  an  Endomorph.

So  looking  at  those  builds  and  if  they  were  all  170 cm  tall,  their  ideal  weights  could and  probably  would  be   be  different. Would  you  agree with  that?

Common Ectomorph Characteristics  Include:

  • Small joints
  • Skinny appearance
  • Hyperactive –  always on the move
  • Fast metabolism
  • Can eat whatever they want
  • Get full easily – small  tummy
  • Small chest and buttocks
  • Difficulty building muscle- lean muscle
  • Difficulty gaining weight
  • Low body fat
  • Narrow frame

Common Endomorph Characteristics  Include:

  • Large amount of fat accumulation
  • Often fatigue easily
  • Insatiable appetite
  • Often try various diet and exercise programs.
  • Cannot seem to lose weight
  • Eat larger meals or several smaller sized meals
  • Low muscle definition due to adipose tissue (Fat)
  • Larger frame

Common Mesomorph Characteristics  Include:

  • Symmetrical build
  • Wide shoulders
  • Small waist
  • Low body fat
  • Large muscles
  • Seems to put on muscle easily
  • Seems to burn fat easily
  • Tend not to over-eat.

The  bottom  line  of  Looking  Good  is  for  you  to  find  your  ideal  body  weight. Your  clothes  will then  look  good  on  you,  you  will  look  good  without  your  clothes,  you  will  look  better  the  way  you  carry  your  body,  and  you  will  look  healthier.
