  1. Hi Roy,

I’ve implemented some of the foods on your list into my diet, but I had no idea they could clean arteries! They always just sounded like healthy choices, but they provide so much more benefits than just being a healthy food choice. My favorites are avocado and green tea. Drinking green tea makes me feel like a different person! And when I want a nice whole snack, avocados are my go to choice. Thanks a ton!

    1. Hi Derek and thanks for visiting my little “shop”. Pleased that you were able to learn something new.

Avocado is a great choice. I slice avocado into my lunch salad each day and often have it on toast for breakfast. Crush it on a bread plate and then add a little salt and pepper, and vinegar, before spreading it on a piece of warm toast. Delicious.

Green Tea is also one of my favorites. Green or Red Bush (Rooibos). And definitely taken without milk .

Eat  broccoli virtually every day too.

Pop in again sometime, Derek. Was good chatting.

  2. amazing! I love nutrition and it is awesome to learn that these foods can improve my health! Some of my favorite foods that help clean arteries are broccoli, asparagus, and my favorite, cinnamon. I always add cinnamon to my oatmeal, because it just tastes so good. Thank you for the information!

  3. Roy,

Awesome post! I do eat a majority of the things that you discusses in your post, but also did not realize that they have more benefits such as cleaning our arteries . I actually take cinnamon plus chromium in a capsule form, and again did not realize that it cleans the output plaque and keeps it from recurring. Very insightful information which is beneficial for ones health.
